Instead of another one of my quick dinner recipes, I thought I’d share a great post I found over at TipNut.com. They asked their readers to submit their favorite kitchen tips, and have posted 15 of the best in a recent post. A few of my favorites from the list are:
- Use a piece of bread with butter or oil to grease your casserole dishes easily.
- Try cooking vegetables in chicken or beef broth instead of water, delicious!
- Next time you make meatballs … roll meat mixture into a log then slice off even sized meatballs.
